The sales growth success is attributed to the increasing demand of the India 2.0 product portfolio – Taigun & Virtus and its flagship SUVW Tiguan
Volkswagen Passenger Cars India announces a growth of 31% in its sales performance in July 2023 (vs July’22), attributed largely to the overwhelming demand for its India 2.0 product portfolio – Taigun & Virtus and its flagship SUVW Tiguan.
The Brand has been accelerating forward year-on-year, setting new benchmarks within the Indian automotive industry, exciting customers with new products and variant offerings. It has been in overdrive towards expanding its network, becoming more accessible to its customers across India. In the first half of the year, Volkswagen introduced new variants, its much-awaited GT Plus Manual on the Virtus & Taigun and the GT DSG on Taigun & Virtus. The Brand also introduced its exclusive GT Edge Collection that has witnessed an overwhelming demand from customers.
