Pune based real estate player VTP Realty said on Wednesday (17 Jan. 2024) it is gearing up to mark a significant milestone with the delivery of 5 million square feet (5000+ units) in the fiscal year 2023-24.
This accomplishment stands as a testament to VTP’s organizational strength and its pivotal role in shaping the Indian real estate landscape, the company’s Executive Director and CEO Sachin Bhandari said, adding that the company’s commitment to excellence and strategic initiatives have propelled it to the forefront of the industry.
Over the past year, VTP Realty has completely focused on its deliveries. While the brand has excelled in sales for 6 years in a row, it is now setting high benchmarks and breaking records in delivery too, Bhandari said. VTP will cross the 10 million sq.ft. lifetime delivery mark by the end of this financial year, he said.
On the sales side, the brand aims to achieve 15% growth from last year’s revenue performance (4000 crore). Many new launches are scheduled for the last quarter which shall propel the company to achieve its high growth target.
Looking ahead, VTP Realty is set to launch significant projects in strategic locations across Pune. These include two projects totaling over 3000 residential units in Hinjewadi phase 1, about 33 Lakh sq.ft. in development, a residential project of 500 units in Bavdhan, about 7.5 Lakhs sq.ft in development and a sprawling 150-acre township in Khadakwasla, featuring a mix of plots, cottages and luxury villas.
