Celebrating Pune: Anvayaa Elder Care Services, Aarogya Film Festival, Hyundai

A two-day Aarogya Film Festival was organized at National Film Archive of India by Pune- based P. M. Shah Foundation. The Festival featured 49 international and national documentaries on health issues. In the best Short Film category, film Aarsa: The Status directed by Ganesh Modak stood first while ‘Lal’ directed by Sumeet Patil and ‘Bra’ directed by Sonal Rathod stood second and third respectively. In the best Documentary film category, film Rebirth directed by Dinesh Vasantrao Akhade won the first prize while films ‘For Her’ directed by Dr. Shekhar Kulkarni and ‘Autism: Moving Ahead directed by Pradeep Kumar Agnihotri stood second and third respectively.

Rudresh Vijay Kurhe from Symbiosis Institute of Technology, Pune was amongst the top 10 finalists of Hyundai Social Creator Awards 2021. Hyundai Motor India Foundation (HMIF), the CSR arm of Hyundai Motor India Limited, recently announced finalists and winners of globally renowned ‘H-Social Creator’ 2021. Kurhe’s idea in Road safety category on Light weight smart helmets was very well appreciated from the jury members and other distinguished guests present.
