Essen Group, a diversified business in Pimpri-Chinchwad area near Pune, has announced the launch of Aishwaryam Comfort Gold, a 22-storey residential tower in the heart of Akurdi – a residential and industrial hub.
A press statement said Aishwaryam Comfort Gold is being built on the 1.6 acre green landscape area away from crowded and congested city. The tower will consist of 240 flats with 2/3 BHK specifications and will have the latest amenities, the statement said.
‘Essen Group’ has earlier developed many landmark projects in and around Akurdi including Aishwaryam, Aishwaryam Courtyard, Aishwaryam Melody, Aishwaryam Nivara, Aishwaryam Hamara and a commercial Mall- Aishwaryam One.
Essen Group chairman Bhimsen Agarwal said in the statement, “We always strive hard to give houses of people’s choice and class at affordable cost. Continuing the legacy and success, now Aishwaryam Comfort gold will join Aishwaryam league.
The units in the project will be of area ranging 650 sq. ft. – 800 sq. ft. and thus will qualify for incentives under the “Pradhanmatri Awas Yojna” such as a subsidy of upto 2.65 lakh.
