Bajaj Allianz Life has introduced term insurance plan Bajaj Allianz Life eTouch which has three variants with value-packed features that helps families of policyholders to keep their life goals on track. The three variants are, Life Shield, Life Shield ROP and Life Shield Plus. All the 3 variants come with an inbuilt feature of Waiver of Premium in the event of Accidental Total Permanent Disability or Terminal Illness. With the Life Shield ROP variant, the policyholder will receive a one-time amount which is equal to total premiums paid upon maturity if he/she survives the policy term. As for the Life Shield Plus variant, an additional payout is provided in the unfortunate event of a death resulting from an accident, in addition to the regular death benefit.

The store will be a one-stop solution for consumer needs around sales and customer service. Situated at Pacific mall, a prime shopping destination, the store will offer captivating experiences to consumers, including its connected device ecosystem – Samsung SmartThings – and host a variety of engaging activities, the company said. Spanning a total area of 2,000 sq. ft., the store is designed to offer consumers immersive zones showcasing, smartphones, laptops, audio, gaming and SmartThings among others. At the store, Samsung will host a variety of Galaxy workshops as part of its ‘Learn @ Samsung’ programme designed for the Gen Z and millennial consumers. This will include workshops around AI education focusing on consumer passion points such as productivity, doodling, photography, fitness, and events celebrating local culture. Consumers coming into the store will get various benefits such as higher loyalty points, Galaxy Fit3 at INR 1999 with select Galaxy devices (limited period offer) up to 22.5% cashback on leading banks, student benefits of up to 10% on smartphones, laptops and smartwatches, and up to INR 21000 in ecosystem benefits on select items.

Coromandel International Ltd (CIL) has appointed S Sankarasubramanian, Executive Director – Nutrient Business, as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company with effect from 7 August 2024. Sankarasubramanian brings a wealth of experience and has a proven track record as a Chief Financial Officer and a Business Head. He is a mathematics graduate from University of Madras, and a member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India, and has completed Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Harvard Business School in the year 2009. His association with the Murugappa Group goes back to the year 1993. He started his career at E.I.D Parry (India) Limited in Corporate Finance, where he progressed through various roles before joining Coromandel International Limited in 2003.
