Pune Newsbytes: Mahabank holds AGM; YES BANK launches over draft for MSMEs; Mars Edge launches Dal Crunchies

Bank of Maharashtra held its 16thAnnual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday (27 June 2019) to approve and adopt the Balance Sheet along with Profit and Loss Account of the Bank for the year ended 31 March 2019. While adopting the Balance Sheet as at 31 March 2019 Shareholders of the Bank expressed their faith and confidence in the Bank and its leadership team.

The Shareholders acknowledged and appreciated the Management’s efforts undertaken

for improving the Bank’s performance. Shri A.S. Rajeev, Managing Director and CEO of Bank of Maharashtra informed about the performance highlights of Bank and various initiatives taken by Bank, while addressing the Shareholders at the 16th AGM of the Bank

Shri A.C. Rout, Executive Director, Shri Hemant Tamta, Executive Director, Shri Deendayal Agrawal, Director,General Managers of Bank, Representative of the Government of India and Auditors of Bank were present in the meeting.

YES BANK launches Click OD (over draft) 

Yes Bank  has announced the launch of Click OD (over draft) facility for the Bank’s existing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) customers. Through this, an MSME can avail unsecured OD up to Rs. 10 lakh digitally, without any documentation. This unique proposition will be offered to select customers basis their account conduct and credit history.

The OD facility is an end to end digital offering where the limit will be disbursed through Bank’s MSME portal. The customer has to login on the portal and just follow the steps. The limit is disbursed in a matter of few clicks. The bank is targeting a disbursement of Rs 100 crore for FY 2019-20 through the YES MSME portal. YES BANK’s total exposure to MSMEs as on March 31, 2019 has crossed Rs 42,000 crore.

Mars Edge launches GoMo™ Dal Crunchies in Pune, Maharashtra
