It has taken SpiceJet a lot of time, energy and a lot of investment to make SpiceXpress what it is today. A lot of things that we carry like blood samples need a temperature controlled environment and today SpiceJet has that facility both in our planes and our ground support vehicles. Today, we have the capability and experience of providing door deliveries to over 12,500 pin codes across India. Additionally, we support our customers with a state-of-the-art technology – SpiceTag. Each customer has access to a dedicated cargo customer service team.”
