Shree Sant Seva Sangh, in alliance with Samarpit Creations and Khadke Foundation, has organised a musical event- ‘Vaikunthnayaka – Abhang Mahotsav’ in Pune on the occasion of Ashadhi Ekadashi.
The devotional musical concert will be presented by on Friday, 12 July 2019 between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m. at Mahalakshmi lawns, near Rajaram Bridge.
The first half of the musical program will be graced by three promising youth vocalists including Ashish Ranade, Dhananjay Mhaskar and Saurabh Kadgaonkar who will play compositions by ledendary Saints along with Abhanga compositions. The interpretation of the Abhangas will be done by famous Keertan Performer, Shreyas Badve.
The second half of the program will start at 6.30 p.m. with a special programme presented by Pt. Bhimsen Joshi’s disciple Pt. Anand Bhate, Pt Jasraj’s disciple Pt. Sanjeev Abhayankar and disciple of Pandita Kishoritai Amonkar- Pt. Raghunandan Palshikar.The interpretation of the Abhangas and other devotional compositions presented I this programme will be done by Swarnima, trustee of Shree Sant Seva Sangh. The musical event will be directed by Jeevan Dharmadhikari of Shree Sant Seva Sangh.
