Infogain has announced that it has appointed Mindtree co-founder Krishnakumar Natarajan as an independent director. A leading authority in the global IT sector, Krishnakumar Natarajan co-founded Mindtree in 1999 and played key roles in
building the company’s innovative approach to delivering IT services and solutions to global 2000 enterprises. As CEO and subsequently as its Executive Chairman, he built Mindtree to a $1B revenue company. Krishnakumar has extensive experience helping enterprises navigate theirdigital transformation journeys by enhancing their customer experience and delivering industry leading growth. A mechanical engineer from College of Engineering, Chennai, India, Krishnakumar holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Xavier Institute, Jamshedpur, India.
Modan Saha, CEO, Tata Strategic Management Group (TSMG) has joined Tata Digital Ltd as CEO, Financial Services. In his role Modan would be responsible for building the Fintech business portfolio. In addition, he will guide the overall strategy and manage strategic investments at Tata Digital. Modan Saha has been with TSMG for over four years, and in his role has worked on various strategic initiatives, including setting up of Tata Digital. Before joining TSMG, Modan spent more than 17 years in the financial services industry in various roles in payments, wealth management, online broking, risk management, strategy, fintech initiatives, and strategic investments. Saha is a B.Tech from IIT Kharagpur and holds a MBA from IIM Calcutta.

Mcapital, the lending business of Mswipe, has announced the appointment of Tanya Chadha as Chief Operating Officer (COO). With over 16 years of experience in financial services and credit, Tanya will oversee building a loan book of Rs 100 Crore by March 2022. Tanya was formerly the Vice President – Lending Product & Business Processes at Mcapital. An MBA in Marketing and Finance, she has worked with leading NBFCs including HDFC Ltd, Kotak Mahindra Prime and Capital First. Tanya’s appointment comes at a time when Mswipe is gearing for a NBFC license.
