CREDAI – Pune Metro (Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India) will hold its 19th Mega Property Festival from December 6 to 8, 2019 at Agriculture College Ground, Sinchannagar, Pune. The timing of the exhibition would be from 10 am to 8 pm on all days.
This was announced by members of CREDAI – Pune Metro during a Press Conference held in the city today. Dignitaries including Manish Jain, Vice President, Aditya Javdekar, Secretary, Arvind Jain, Convener – Executive Committee and Head of the Exhibition Committee, Sachin Kulkarni, Member, Managing Committee, Dr. D.K. Abhyankar, Director General and Urmila Julka, General Manager of CREDAI-Pune Metro were present on the occasion.
More than 60 well known real estate developers will showcase more than 600 RERA registered projects to buyers who can choose from various under-construction to ready-made homes and commercial properties ranging from Rs 15 lakh to over 1-2 crore. The expo will also include several projects by the Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA), Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) and Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC).
Speaking at the conference, Arvind Jain stated, “The exhibition will provide its members an ideal platform to showcase their properties in a congenial environment to their prospective buyers. It will be one of the biggest exhibitions in the city, where only RERA registered projects from modest homes to luxurious apartments and bungalows will be displayed. The expo will be held in an AC hall with a valet parking facility, play area for children and a food court for the convenience of the home buyers. Many leading banks and financial institutions will be a part of this home buying carnival and will be of great help to those who wish to avail home loan facilities.”
Manish Jain said, “At present, there are 589 members of CREDAI- Pune Metro of which 399 are ordinary members and 190 associate members. With over 400 plus members, the association established in 1982 is the apex body for private Real Estate developers in India and is part of State level Federation and National Confederation which has the capability to connect the entire builder fraternity of the country. With the assistance of CREDAI, MahaRERA has been able to solve 162 disputes in one year.”
Aditya Javdekar said, “ CREDAI- Pune Metro sponsored property exhibition is attracting more and more people every year and we are receiving a good response. Last year about 10,000 plus home seekers visited the exhibition and this year we are expecting more than 15000 visitors.”
