Zomato entered the Pune market in 2011 as a restaurant search and discovery platform and has been helping users make informed food choices since then. It has been at the forefront of building affordability, accessibility and convenience around food with all its services – online ordering, food delivery, Zomato Self Pickup, Table Reservation and subscription programs like Zomato Gold and Piggybank.

“Pune plays a pivotal role in Zomato’s overall vision of ‘better food for more people’. Our growth in the region is a testimony to the trust and confidence of our users and restaurants community. We are already providing a high-quality breadth of services and have significant traffic for all of them. With Zomaland, we are combining our services and pairing them with entertainment for an unforgettable experience”, added Chaitanya Mathur.

The gala Zomaland carnival debuted in the capital city in January and was attended by 35000+ people. After Pune, it will tour to Bangalore between 1-3 March.
