Meet Pune’s fascinating collector of 400 vintage scooters and motorbikes

On the next episode of ‘OMG! Yeh Mera India’, Season 6, airing every Monday and Tuesday at 8 PM, meet 53-year old, Pune-resident, Vineet Kenjale who owns India’s most extensive collection of vintage two-wheelers. Collecting since 1988, he is the proud owner of 400 such vintage vehicles. The sixth season of HistoryTV18’s popular pan-Indian series, ‘OMG! Yeh Mera India’ showcases inspirational stories from all corners of the country. One among these, featured in the episode airing next Monday, will be of particular interest to bike and scooter aficionados. Vineet Kenjale’s collection features vintage two-wheelers manufactured by almost all big and small companies in India. The oldest piece in Vineet’s collection is a 1930 military-use Bullet that was used in World War II by the British army. Watch the episode to see the fascinating collection that is India’s largest, and hear the remarkable journey of the collector. The half-hour episode, airing on 30 December, 8 PM will also feature other incredible curiosities from across the country.

Sancheti Healthcare Academy to organise HOSPICON -2020

Pune’s Sancheti Healthcare Academy is organizing Hospicon – 2020 , an annual National Conference in Healthcare and Hospital Management on 4th January, 2020 at Dr. K.H. Sancheti Hall, IMA building, Tilak Road, Pune from 9 am to 8 pm . Pro-Vice Chancellor of Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik – PROFESSOR DR. MOHAN. B. KHAMGAONKAR will be the Chief Guest and the Dean, Faculty of Commerce and Management, Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune – PROFESSOR DR. PARAG KALKAR will be the Guest of Honour for the inauguration ceremony.

Christmas and New Year celebration for Paediatric Cancer patients 

Pune’s Ruby Hall Cancer Centre organised a special Christmas and New Year celebration for Pediatric Cancer Patients and survivors. About 80 kids participated in the programme. With the Jungle theme this year programme included dance and singing along with fun games like Jumping Jack, Tattoo Maker and Selfie Corner. Cake cutting was done by the pediatric cancer survivors along with Dr. R.B. Gulati, Cardiologist, Trustee, Ruby Hall Clinic, Mr. Bomi Bhote– CEO, Ruby Hall Clinic,Dr. Ashok Bhanage – Chairman, Kamalnayan Bajaj Cancer Centre, Dr. Manisha Karmarkar, COO, Ruby Hall Clinic Wanowarie, Dr Kishore Pujari– COO, Ruby Hall Clinic and in presence of Dr Sanjay Pathare – Medical Director, Ruby Hall Clinic and Dr S.G Deshpande, Senior Consultant General Surgeon, Ruby Hall Clinic, paediatric cancer patients and survivors.
