Jayesh Sampat, President – Human Resources, Business Operations & Customer Experience at Liberty General Insurance is being elevated to a international position, Senior Talent Advisor for GRM – East within the Liberty Mutual Insurance Group. Liberty Mutual Insurance, Headquarter in Boston, is a diversified global insurer, and the fourth-largest property and casualty insurer in the United States.
Jayesh’s role as a Senior Talent Advisor will be to provide one point of contact for talent and strategic consultation for the GRM East Region that consists of Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Malaysia, India, China and Russia. He will report into Jennifer Ughetta, Chief Talent Officer at Liberty Mutual.

Jayesh has done his Masters of Personnel Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management. He has had a stellar career trajectory leading the Human Resources function in the banking and insurance fields. He have been a member of Senior Executive Teams in global organizations, where he has taken the role of transformation and change management, championed in culture building and shaped people strategies & programs. This diverse exposure has given him the opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders, align talent priorities and provide consultative support in organization building and sustainable business growth. He has successfully navigated matrixed organizations and have developed strong relationships across the businesses.
Jayesh has been a founding member of Liberty General Insurance in India and has been with the organization for over seven years now. While Jayesh takes up new responsibilities, he is also setting an example of ‘global mobility’ and ‘growth from within’ credo of Liberty.
