ICICI Prudential Life Insurance has introduced its customer service chatbot ‘LiGo’ on ‘Google Assistant’. This would enable the Company’s policyholders to have their queries addressed by simple voice commands such as “Ok Google, I want to speak to ICICI Prudential Life LiGo” or “May I talk to ICICI Prudential Life LiGo” Extending LiGo functionalities to Google Assistant is part of the Company’s strategy to be present on platforms preferred by customers and to offer them an immersive experience. Customers can instantly access information on their policies by activating ‘Google Assistant’ on their Android smartphones and speaking out their policy number or registered phone number. It is as simple as asking Google for directions or traffic. Liberty General Insurance has launched ‘Liberty Secure Travel’ on Flipkart – which is an insurance policy available to customers who book airline travel through Flipkart’s Flights platform. Customers can opt for Zero Cancellation Offer by paying a nominal amount, thus enabling them to avail a seamless refund on the cancellation of their flights. The new policy will ensure zero cancellation penalty to customers, thereby reducing their cancellation worries. Liberty Secure Travel offers a ‘Cancel for a Reason’ option to the customers. The reasons may encompass various factors and possibilities such as medical emergencies, change in plans, and other personal commitments. This policy will allow customers to cancel their flights up to 24 hours before departure and Liberty will reimburse them for losses up to INR 5,000. confidence to the customers to plan their travel without any worry. 

Tata Motors  has announced the launch of the XM(S) variant of the Tata Nexon. In a bid to cater to the growing customer demand, and to make premium features more accessible, the company is now offering the XM (S) variant with an ElectricSunroof at a starting price of INR 8.36 Lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi), making it the most affordable vehicle across segments with this feature in India. Along with the Electric Sunroof, the XM(S) variant comes loaded with features like Automatic Headlamps, Rain Sensing Wipers and Steering Mounted Controls. The variant also retains the existing features of the Nexon XM, such as the Electronic Stability Program, LED DRLs with Projector Headlamps, Driver and Co-Driver Airbags, Hill Hold Control, ConnectNextInfotainment System by Harman and Multi- Drive Modes (Eco, City and Sport).
