Smartworks Leases 1.66 lakh sq ft to Wolters Kluwer in Pune

Managed office business Smartworks Coworking Spaces Limited has leased 1.66 lakh sq. ft. to Wolters Kluwer (India) Pvt. Ltd., engaged in information, software solutions and services for professionals in healthcare; tax and accounting; financial and corporate compliance; legal and regulatory; corporate performance and ESG. The office is located at Smartworks’ Marisoft campus in Kalyani Nagar, one of Pune’s key micro-markets.
The Marisoft campus is located in a well-connected commercial cluster with strong social infrastructure and access to a large talent pool. The centre includes collaboration areas, meeting rooms, recreation zones, convenience store, wellness facilities, and tech-enabled workplace infrastructure as part of Smartworks’ campus-led managed office model.
