Ayushmann Khurrana brand ambassador for Titan’s Eyewear biz 

Ayushmann Khuranna is the new brand ambassador for Titan’s eyewear business. Ayushmann will be endorsing all the three categories – Frames, Sunglasses and lenses and feature in upcoming multi-media campaigns for Titan frames and sunglasses. Ronnie Talati, CEO Eyewear Division at Titan said, “Titan as a brand and eyewear as a category caters to consumers from 6 to 60 years age bracket and represents a grounded, inclusive and pioneering persona. Given this context, there could not have been a better ambassador to personify Titan’s Eyewear business than Ayushmann Khurrana. “

 Anil Ambani’s sons join Reliance Infrastructure Board

Anmol and Anshul Ambani, sons of Reliance ADA Group chairman Anil Ambani, have  joined the Board of Reliance Infrastructure Ltd. as directors. Along with them, Lt. Gen. Syed Ata Hasnain (Retd.), a highly decorated senior officer of the Indian Army, has also been inducted onto the Board as an Independent Director. Anmol, 27, has a degree in Management from Warwick Business School. An Executive Director at Reliance Capital Ltd, Anmol has been overseeing the financial services businesses since joining its Board in August 2016.  Anshul, 24, joined the Reliance Group in January 2019 after completing his undergraduate degree in Business Management from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He has been actively involved in all operations of Reliance Infrastructure, including a special focus on the defence business, working closely with the Group Chairman and with Punit Garg, ExecutiveDirector & CEO. Lt. Gen. Syed Ata Hasnain (Retd.), 66, participated in Operation Pawan in Sri Lanka during 1988-90 and counter insurgency operations in Punjab in 1990-91.

Razorpay  names Amitabh Tewary CIO and Rahul Kothari CBO

Converged payments solution company, Razorpay  has appointed Amitabh Tewary and Rahul Kothari to its team, as their Chief Innovation Officer (CIO) and Chief Business Officer (CBO), respectively.  A former Mastercard Vice President, Amitabh Tewary, will be responsible for expanding Razorpay’s footprint in other key markets and accelerating the adoption of new payment and banking platforms and products. A veteran in the space, he will be playing a key role in leading engagement with banks, networks, regulators, and strategic partners to drive innovation at Razorpay.

Rahul Kothari who joins as CBO will be responsible for growing the company globally as a full-stack B2B Fintech platform by adhering to the company’s vision to power the entire financial ecosystem for partner businesses. In the last sixteen years, Rahul worked on building new products and growing revenue lines for technology-led businesses, and has demonstrated strong product management, and strategic and operational leadership at PayU India , WNS Global Services, The Boston Consulting Group and Symantec.
